Socialist Alternative can refer to any of several Trotskyist political parties, many affiliated to the Committee for a Workers International or reunified Fourth International:
- Socialist Alternative (Australia), linked with the International Socialist Tendency but not formally affiliated.
- Socialist Alternative (Austria), affiliated to the reunified Fourth International.
- Socialist Alternative (Canada), part of the CWI.
- Socialist Alternative (Germany), part of the CWI.
- Socialist Alternative (New Zealand), part of the CWI.
- Socialist Alternative (Portugal), part of the CWI.
- Socialist Alternative / Solidarity (Switzerland), affiliated to the reunified Fourth International.
- Socialist Alternative (Trinidad and Tobago), with no known formal affiliation
- Socialist Alternative (UK), name used by the Socialist Party (England and Wales) to contest elections.
